Pousada or full Vila Kapa?
The Pousada formula (B&B type) allows you to enjoy the Vila Kapa by discovering other guests there… It is the ideal formula to sympathize with many exciting travelers and super cool kiters splashing around in the pool, challenging each other on the beach volleyball court or around a cocktail at the bar… The complete Vila Kapa rental (full house), on the other hand, is the formula suitable for groups of friends in love with independence and places where you quickly feel at home, for friends traveling with family or even for couples one-on-one in search of exotic romance…
Amenities
Our gardener takes care of the exteriors on a daily basis, including maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.
Our housekeeper Cassia is available for the preparation of breakfast (4€/day/pers.) as well as for daily cleaning (2€/day/ pers.), for the complete villa formula. She can render other services such as shopping for food, laundry-ironing or any other need. For our part, we will be available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns.
There is also the possibility of having meals delivered to the villa (allow 25 to 50 BRL per person, or 6 to 12 €, depending on your choice of products).

When the Vila Kapa team decided to settle in this little paradise, the place was known for its sonic and devastating fiestas. The neighbors said thank you for the happy change!
How it started…
We fell in love with Parajuru and its surroundings. This house immediately seduced us with its location and its potential. We indeed worked hard for 3 months, from September to November 2017. Here are some photos to illustrate the work. We are super happy with the result. We are very happy to be able to stay here and offer our house for rent, in our presence or not. We will adapt to the request and continue our adventure… with you perhaps.
